You’ll learn how to run successful team meetings and the technique we call the WIFLE.

By the end of the workshop you’ll have clarified many of your own ideas on leadership and will have some great new tools to recruit and retain the most appropriate people for your team.

Preparation: Review all the people that you have recruited over the past 2 years and note down how well those appointments have worked out. Bring your company’s current organisation chart, review it and consider whether you have the right people in the right jobs.
